"Dr. Conway is an excellent example of a caring physician who puts her patients' best interests first. Recently, I observed her going out of her way to contact a patient and their family multiple times to strongly advise them to go the emergency department for evaluation and treatment of a new problem. The patient was hesitant to go, but she went out of her way to contact providers in the ED in attempts to expedite the patient's treatment. After multiple phone calls she was able to persuade the patient to go and get the care they needed."
