"Caleigh is co-chair of the APP Onboarding Committee. She spent countless hours developing a mentoring program for new hire APPs in order to make them feel more welcome and more comfortable as they transition into practice with Erlanger, and also to improve APP job satisfaction and retention. Every new APP that Erlanger hires is offered to participate in this program now. She developed a detailed document that outlines suggested content for six meetings that occur starting in the pre-credentialing period and extend through the first six months, with one wrap-up meeting at 12 months. I am especially grateful for the Mentoring Program that she developed for the Onboarding Committee. I know that our APPs and our organization are better for Caleigh's efforts."
