The following list of providers are covered by Erlanger's Financial Assistance Policy when providing services in their capacity as Erlanger employees at Erlanger Hospital Facilities.

Per Reg. Sec. 1.501(r)-4(b)(1)(iii)(F) and Notice 2015-46, this list specifies which providers of emergency and medically necessary care delivered in Erlanger Health System facilities are covered by Erlanger’s Financial Assistance Policy (FAP).
Providers Not Covered by Erlanger's Financial Assistance Policy
The following providers are NOT covered by Erlanger's Financial Assistance Policy. However, many offer discounts to individuals who have been approved for Financial Assistance by Erlanger. You should contact these providers to discuss what financial assistance they may have available.
