What Is a Nurse Navigator?
Our Nurse Navigators are at the heart of the comprehensive services available at the Erlanger Center for Breast Health. They help patients at each step of their journey, working closely with the entire treatment team and local providers.
Your Breast Health Nurse Navigators:
- Coordinate appointments and treatment
- Provide guidance and support through your treatment journey
- Answer questions about all aspects of cancer care
- Put you in touch with community and other support resources
- Facilitate communication with each patient’s care team
