Nico Domingo, MD, is currently board eligible under the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Finding realistic and sustainable pathways to help patients achieve their goals, Dr. Domingo’s practice encompasses a special interest in aesthetic procedures of the face, breast, and body, including breast augmentation, lift and reduction, contouring procedures of the arms and thighs, tummy tuck, liposuction, facelift, and eyelid surgery. He is facile in non-invasive aesthetic procedures including neurotoxin and filler injectables, as well as trauma reconstruction for facial bone fractures. Dr. Domingo also has a tremendous passion for breast reconstruction for patients dealing with breast cancer.
Born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Domingo moved to the US at the age of two and was raised in Kentucky. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky, he received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, finishing in the top third of his class. With the goal of being the first surgeon in his family, he completed both his general surgery residency and plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine - Chattanooga, where he is now a faculty member of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
As a proud Chattanoogan since 2012, Dr. Domingo resides in the Southside of downtown Chattanooga with his husband, Brandon, and keeps an active social role in our community. He maintains membership to the Chairman’s Circle of the Hunter Museum of American Art and has been on the membership committee for Common House Chattanooga since its inception for his significant outreach.
