About / Overview

Evan Gagnon is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. With over five years of experience in the ICU as a nurse, he also dedicated two years to hospice care as a nurse practitioner before making the transition to palliative care. He chose to specialize in palliative care, as he believes that individuals with chronic illness deserve to maintain and enjoy a high quality of life. This field empowers him to make a profound impact on their patients’ journey In a truly unique way.

In his free time, you can find him spending time with his wife, two children, and their golden retriever. When not inside watching football, you can see him enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his church family.
