The Ronald McDonald room on the 3rd floor provides free shower and laundry facilities, as well as quiet space to take a nap. Free coffee and snacks are provided.

ATMs (Cash Machines)
Erlanger’s downtown campus has three ATMs. Two—First Tennessee and SunTrust banks—are in the Medical Mall; and one is in front of the hospital credit union across 3rd Street from the main hospital buildings. Fees may apply.
Gift Shop
Erlanger’s Auxiliary Gift Shop sells cads, gifts, Mylar balloons, toys, books, jewelry, magazines, candy, toiletries and more-with free delivery to patient rooms. All gift shop proceeds fund charitable projects at the hospital. The shop is located in the mail hospital across from the information desk near the cross walk to the parking garage.

Pharmacy
CVS Pharmacy makes it easy to fill your prescriptions right at the hospital. The pharmacy staff will deliver medications to the patient’s room before discharge, free of charge, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM, or you can simply stop by the pharmacy on your way home. CVS Pharmacy is located in the Erlanger Medical Mall near the C elevators.
